Your corporate identity is more than just your logo. The more obvious things it covers include stationary, signage, uniforms and vehicle branding. But is also the visual style that makes all your adverts, brochures, websites, etc. look like they all belong to the same company. Any brand worth it’s salt will also have a set of Visual Identity Guidelines or Brand Guidelines. This document gives graphic design rules for how the brand is displayed. These guidelines can be very in-depth or might only cover the basics such as the logo’s Spot colours and which fonts to use.
